A5120 Westoning closure
From 10th February until 28th February 2025, the B5120 will be closed in Westoning to faciltate water works. During this time service 42 will operate to a revised route and timetable.
Buses will operate between Bedford and Flitwick Interchange and customers for Manor Way can remain on the bus.
Customers for Westoning, Harlington and Toddington will need to change bus in Flitwick Interchange, where a separate bus will operate between Flitwick and Toddington
Buses will wait for the incoming bus to allow customers to transfer. A small number of journeys will run through to Dunstable, please check the timetable for further information.
We have worked with Central Bedfordshire Council to develop this revised service for the duration of the closure. We have applied with our regulator and submitted the required documentation.
We anticipate buses returning to the correct route from the 1st March 2025, but the works may be delayed. Please refer to this page for further updates.

Station Road, Brogborough
Anglian Water have an urgent road closure at Station Road, Brogborough for Tankering to take place. Our 34 service will continue to serve all stops but may see some delay

Dunton Lane closure
From Friday 10th January until 21st March 2025, Dunton Lane will be closed to facilitate underground cables to be laid for a new substation. During this time, a revised timetable will be in place on routes 72, 189 and 190. A shuttle service will operate between Biggleswade and Potton for residents in Dunton, Eyeworth,
Wrestlingworth and Cockayne Hatley.
We have applied to the Office of the Traffic Commisioner to revise our timetables and routes. The timetables below are our intended timetables from 10th January 2025
Service 72
Buses will operate normal line of route between Bedford, Sandy and Potton. Buses will then divert via Biggleswade Road from Potton. A small number of journeys will be extended to Biggleswade Retail Park to better serve the southern end of Biggleswade.
Service 73
There are no changes to this service
Service 188
New shuttle service introduced between Biggleswade and Potton for Eyeworth, Wrestlingworth and Cockayne Hatley. School journeys will divert to serve Stratton Upper School and Edward Peake. Buses operate from Dunton via Sutton Lane for Potton and Biggleswade to avoid congestion on the A1 and Millow slip road.

Buses will operate normal line of route between Sandy and Potton. Buses will then divert via Biggleswade Road from Potton. School journeys will continue to serve Stratton Upper School and Edward Peake
