Due to the closure of Westoning Road, Harlington to facilitate gas main repairs service 42 is on diversion. 

Buses will enter Harlington from Station Road before using Barton Road and Goswell End Road to return to Westoning Road. This will add additional time to the journey, please refer to our app for live bus tracking.

Cadent are completing gas main repairs using temporary lights on Dunstable Street in Ampthill. We are seeing delays to services 34, 42, 44 and 68. Please allow additional time for your journey

Bedford Road, Houghton Regis

Bedford Road, Houghton Regis will be closed to facilitate water mains repairs from 17th March 2025. During this time buses will operate from Blackburn Road, Houghton Road and Watling Street to Thorn. Buses will wait time at the Thorn Turn stop before proceeding through the development and joining the A5 to return to Luton. Bus stops on Bedford Road and at Houghton Regis Morrisons will not be served for the duration of the works. We advise customers from Houghton Regis Morrisons to use the Jo service for Luton.
